How quickly can I get matched with a Fixer?
Standard matching takes 2–6 hours. With Priority Match (₹99), you'll be matched within 5 minutes.
What if the third party refuses to speak?
Your Fixer will leave a professional voicemail or send a follow-up message. The session outcome is still documented, and you can decide next steps together.
Is this a legal service?
No. WTFixx is a social advocacy platform. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or therapy. Our Fixers are trained communicators, not lawyers or counselors.
Can I choose which Fixer I work with?
Yes. You can browse Fixer profiles by specialty, rating, language, and price. Or select 'Instant Match' and we'll assign the best available Fixer for your case.
What languages are supported?
Currently we offer sessions in Hindi and English. Regional language support (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati) is coming soon.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. All communications are encrypted. Recordings are auto-deleted after 90 days. We never share your data with third parties without explicit consent.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
Rate your Fixer after the session. If there's a serious issue, our support team will review and take appropriate action, including refunds for eligible cases.
Can I use WTFixx if I'm under 18?
Users aged 16–17 require parental co-consent. Users under 16 cannot use the platform. This is a legal and ethical safeguard.
