WTFixx is built on trust. Every Fixer signs our Ethical Charter, and every user deserves a safe, respectful experience. These guidelines exist to protect everyone in our community.

For Users

• Be honest — Provide accurate information about your situation so Fixers can help effectively.
• Set boundaries — You control what conversations happen and how far they go. Never feel pressured.
• Respect your Fixer — Fixers are professionals. Treat them with courtesy and respect.
• No illegal requests — We will not assist with any case involving threats, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Keep it confidential — Do not share personal information about third parties without their consent.

For Fixers

• Follow the charter — All Fixers must adhere to our Ethical Charter at all times.
• Stay in your lane — Do not provide legal advice, therapy, or services outside advocacy.
• Be transparent — Always identify yourself and your role when contacting third parties.
• Protect privacy — Never share client information outside the platform.
• Report concerns — Flag any case that violates our policies immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on WTFixx:

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
• Impersonation or false representation.
• Fraudulent bookings or payment disputes.
• Sharing explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or contracts.
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Reporting a Concern

If you experience or witness anything that violates these guidelines:

• Your report will be reviewed within 48 hours
• All reports are confidential
• Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern is strictly forbidden

Emergency Situations

WTFixx is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
