By accessing or using WTFixx ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WTFixx connects users with trained Fixers ("Fixers") who facilitate conversations on behalf of users. We are a social advocacy platform — we do not provide legal advice, therapy, or financial counseling.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a call.
• You may not use the Platform for any illegal, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Advocacy Limitations

Fixers act as communication facilitators. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any conversation. WTFixx and its Fixers are not lawyers, therapists, or licensed professionals unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments & Credits

Paid services require credits purchased through the Platform. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

WTFixx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTFixx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
